The Association of Fundraising Professionals Tennessee, Southeastern Chapter, has announced its 2009 honorees for outstanding philanthropists in Chattanooga. They will be honored at the National Philanthropy Day luncheon, which will take place Wednesday, Nov. 4 at the Chattanooga Trade and Convention Center.
