Eastgate Senior Activity Center

Jeannette Beach, PT, DPT, NCS, GSC with BenchMark Physical Therapy in Cleveland and recipient of the 2009 Excellence in Clinical Practice Award is presenting her “Taking Safer Steps” seminar at the Eastgate Senior Activity Center located inside Eastgate Town Center at 5600 Brainerd Road, Suite C-10-11 on September 29 between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to enhance participants’ knowledge of preventative steps they can take to improve balance and muscle strength, reduce the risks of falls, and respond to vertigo.
